Depending on the circumstances, we may, in our sole discretion, replace the
product at our expense or provide you a full or partial refund of the purchase
price for that product. We may require photographic documentation of any
product that you are dissatisfied with before we provide you a refund or
replacement.
We cannot accept returns.Ā Because our product requires dryĀ ice to ship frozen, we cannot accept returns; you will need to dispose of theĀ product yourself.Ā Our extensive package protection covers almost all issuesĀ that could occurĀ during shipment.
